Existing Sessions
iTivity provides three ways to access Windows Terminal Server systems across the Internet. First, you can view existing user desktops to provide technical support and remote training. You can view and control the terminal service users' desktops.
New Desktop
Second, you can login via RDP on a new desktop for remote application access and administration. This makes it easy to administer and support offsite applications and services like IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle, MySQL, Exchange, JBoss, DNS and FTP.

Console Access
Third, you can access the system console via RDP for system maintenance. Many legacy applications are only accessible from the system console and iTivity gives you remote access. From the system console you can remotely interact with services and reboot when needed.
