Overview of Tridia iTivity:

Tridia iTivity has been providing on-demand, secure, and compliant remote access and support to corporate customers and solution providers since it was first released in 2004. Today, Tridia iTivity is installed on over 100,000 systems worldwide.

Tridia iTivity is a premised-based solution. Oracle VM templates can be created with the iAgents preinstalled and configured making deployment fast and easy. The iAgents makes an outbound connection via an encrypted tunnel to the iTivity server (iServer). These outbound connections preserve the integrity of the network security since no ports need to be opened in the firewall. The iServer maintains the connection and logs all access. The administrator can access any of the guest VMs by using the iTivity manager (iManager). To access, the administrator simply points and clicks on the guest VM. Access is authenticated by the centralized authentication server and the administrator is granted to remote access to the guest VM.
